Who can stay at PIT Stop Crashpads?
Our home is geared toward US Air Force pilots who are attending Pilot Instructor Training (PIT) or UAV training at Randolph Air Force Base. We focus on extended stay (more than a few nights) guests.
We are a "by-the-room" crashpad in San Antonio, so unfortunately we cannot accommodate families with children at this time.
How much is rent at PIT Stop Crashpads?
Rent is charged at the per diem rate granted by the Air Force during Pilot Instructor Training (PIT) or UAV training. This is the rate per room.
Are spouses allowed at PIT Stop Crashpads?
Of course! Spouses are welcome and encouraged to join you in our home. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children at this time, though if you find yourself TDY in Little Rock with your family, we have a home just for you there!
Are pets allowed at PIT Stop Crashpads?
They sure are! With a few details in place, we'd be happy to host your furry friend along with you in our home. We have a one-pet limit and charge a pet fee of $200. We also require that your pet be secured in a bedroom, kennel, or outside whenever you are not home. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet both inside and outside of the home. We reserve the right to cancel your lease if issues arise with the cleaning staff, landscaping crew, neighbors, or other tenants.
Does PIT Stop Crashpads like referrals?
YES!!! In fact, we like them so much that we will PAY YOU for them! We pay you $250 for each guest who stays in our home as a result of you sending them our way. Easiest money you'll ever make.
